The Investment
Every commission is priced to the build — the complexity, the materials, and the hours it takes to do it right. Most pieces require 100–200+ hours of hand work. Precious metal hardware — brass, bronze, copper, hand-forged silver, or gold — is priced into the piece honestly. A deposit is required to begin. Every commission includes the full phygital package: an embedded NFC chip, a minted 1-of-1 NFT on Ethereum, and a permanent provenance record stored on Arweave.

Every commission begins with your story — where you've been, what you carry, what you want to last. The bag is built from there.
2. Design & Materials
Full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, hand-selected. Hardware in solid brass, bronze, copper, hand-forged silver, or gold. Every material chosen to age well and last centuries.
3. The Build
100–200+ hours of hand work — cutting, dyeing, hand-painting, silversmithing, and saddle stitching. Every hour documented. Every decision intentional.
4. Your Legacy
The finished piece ships with its full provenance record — NFC chip embedded, NFT minted, build history stored permanently on Arweave. Tap it with your phone and the entire story opens. It cannot be faked. It cannot be lost.
